'Kibbeling' is a Duch snack made of fried pieces of white fish. It used to be made of cod cheeks (in Dutch 'kabeljauwwang') and that's where the name finds its origin. Nowadays it's not just the cheeks of the fish and also other kinds of white fish are used. With the chef's heritage in Zeeland he definitely knows his way around kibbeling! See you soon! |
